Project: A custom web application for Handler Manufacturing allowing customers and sales reps to design dental lab layouts, estimate pricing, and generate print-ready proposals.

The Challenge: Needed a way to visualize and plan dental lab furniture configurations before purchasing. The existing process relied on manual back-and-forth with the sales team using static PDFs and floor plan sketches, slowing down the sales cycle and making it hard for customers to feel confident in their decisions. The goal was to replace that with something faster, more modern, and self-service — something that felt worthy of the Handler brand.

The Approach: Directed the full build using AI-assisted development — defining all functionality, UX, user roles, content, and product data. Managed ongoing updates and refinements. A coworker handled server infrastructure; everything else was conceived, directed, and managed in-house.

What it does: Drag-and-drop canvas, custom room shapes, multi-user accounts with role permissions, live price estimation pulling from NetSuite, and a 3-page print output including layout, cabinet list, and product summary.
