Project Packaging design and full product launch for Handler Manufacturing’s new line of vacuum forming material.

The Challenge The packaging needed to be budget-friendly, keep material clean and contamination-free, and stand out from the traditional boxes competitors use. Working in lab environments means packaging gets handled with dirty gloves, stored in tight spaces, and needs to be identifiable at a glance.

The Approach The solution was a resealable pouch that can be easily wiped down and stored flat. A color coding system across all 9 SKUs makes identification instant without needing to read the label, and a see-through window lets users confirm contents without opening the package. Simple, practical, and distinctly different from anything else on the shelf.
