Project Packaging design and full product launch for Handler Manufacturing’s new line of vacuum forming material.
The Challenge The packaging needed to be budget-friendly, keep material clean and contamination-free, and stand out from the traditional boxes competitors use. Working in lab environments means packaging gets handled with dirty gloves, stored in tight spaces, and needs to be identifiable at a glance.
The Approach The solution was a resealable pouch that can be easily wiped down and stored flat. A color coding system across all 9 SKUs makes identification instant without needing to read the label, and a see-through window lets users confirm contents without opening the package. Simple, practical, and distinctly different from anything else on the shelf.
Deliverables Packaging design across 9 SKUs, landing pages, email campaigns, social content, and distributor information sheets.
Project Limited edition packaging and product launch celebrating Foredom’s 100th anniversary.
The Challenge Create a collectible version of Foredom’s most popular product that felt worthy of a 100-year milestone. It needed to appeal to longtime Foredom loyalists, feel premium and giftable, and stand apart from the standard product line.
The Approach The design looked backward to move forward. Historical Foredom products and logos were used as inspiration, resulting in a vintage-inspired logo designed specifically for the kit. Every detail was considered and coordinated — the limited edition box sourcing, motor and handpiece colors, custom labels, commemorative stickers, and a certificate of authenticity. The result was a cohesive collector’s piece, not just a product in a fancy box.
Deliverables Vintage-inspired logo design, limited edition packaging, box sourcing and vendor coordination, label and color coordination across components, commemorative stickers, certificate of authenticity, influencer unboxing videos, landing pages, email campaigns, social content, and distributor information sheets.
Project Packaging refresh and new product launch for Olson’s saw blade line.
The Challenge The existing scroll saw blade packaging had fallen out of step with the rest of the Olson line. It felt dated, didn’t reflect current brand standards, and lacked visual cohesion with the stronger packaging already in market. At the same time, a new jig saw blade line needed packaging designed from scratch for an upcoming product launch.
The Approach Rather than starting from zero, the strongest existing packaging in the Olson line was used as the anchor. Everything was designed to align with it, creating a cohesive family across the full range. To manage cost and avoid writing off existing stock, the refresh is being rolled out strategically as each SKU comes up for reorder, rather than all at once.
Deliverables Packaging design for new and refreshed SKUs, brand standards alignment across the product line, print production and vendor coordination.
